Project Intake & Feasibility Assessment
We evaluate all relevant details — plasmid size, host strain, resistance markers, culture requirements, and intended downstream use — to identify the optimal purification strategy for your project.
Bacterial Cultivation & Plasmid Production
Standardized cultivation procedures and selective antibiotic conditions ensure stable plasmid propagation and high DNA yield. Upon request, we can work with customer-provided starter material or prepare glycerol stocks for future projects.
Purification & Quality Optimization
Depending on the preparation scale, we use validated purification methods including purification via Magnetic Beads and endotoxinreduction workflows. These processes guarantee high purity, minimal genomic DNA contamination, and excellent plasmid integrity.
Delivery & Documentation
Your plasmid DNA is delivered in water or buffer, accompanied by a comprehensive quality report, analytical results, and any available sequence information.

Quality Control & Verification
Each plasmid preparation undergoes rigorous QC testing, including:
- Spectrophotometric (concentration and purity)
- Optional: Sanger sequencing (free of charge), restriction digest analysis, or additional testing

Turnaround times

Turnaround time (TAT) for plasmid preparations depend on the availability of your plasmid.

Production can begin only after we have received your plasmid. If sequencing of the plasmid is required as part of the quality control (QC), production will start only after we have completed the incoming QC, which typically includes a single Sanger DNA sequencing read.

Once the plasmid passes QC, the standard TAT is approximately 10 days. An express option is available starting from 5 days. For large batch orders, please contact us in advance to check for available production slots before placing your order.
